Arpy Lodge - Manu Park 4D/3NDay 1: Cusco - Lodge We leave Cusco in our private bus towards Paucartambo. In the way we stop and visit the funeral towers or Ninamarca chullpas. The bus drops through the cloud forest full of mysterious and beautiful orchids, heliconia and primitive ferns. Stop to give you an opportunity to Cock of the Rock (Rupícola Peruviana) mating ritual. There are also opportunities to observe the bird Amazon trogones (Tragon sp.) And more. Hopefully the only bear in South America, the spectacled bear (Tremarctos ornatus).
