Manu National Park 5D/4N (Macaw Clay Lick)

Day 1: Cusco - Trekking

We leave Cusco by private bus, our first stop chullpas visit Denmark. We crossed the mountains to visit the city folk Paucartambo. Here we have a short walk around the village, then continue to Tres Cruces, the highest point and entrance to Manu National Park. From here we arrive at the cloud forest in San Pedro and then walk about 1 hour to observe the National bird of Peru, the Cock of the rock, (Cock of the Rock) some birds and monkeys, plants and orchids. Then we continued our journey Pilcopata afternoon, spend the night lodge.

Day 2: Coca Plantation– Clay Lick Macaw.

After breakfast we continue in our private bus to the port of Atalaya. On the way visit a plantation of coca, also make a stop at the viewpoint where you can get a good description of the jungle and river. From Atalaya we leave in motorized boat to Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy bathing in natural hot springs, hence us continue in our boat to tilefish Lodge. Arriving at night. At night they make our views on a small lake by catching alligators. And return to sleep in our lodge tilefish.

Day 3: Clay Lick Macaw - Lodge.

Very early morning visit the macaw clay lick, use the camouflage hiding place for us to spot the macaw clay lick where they eat the salt mineral. Then visit the White Lake where we walk on a catamaran where we can view the river wolves and alligators in this lake and fishing for piranha same after our lunch we return to the camp of Bonanza.

Day 4: Lodge - Boca Manu.

The day after our breakfast at Camp bonanza. Here we have a walk around the camp, learning about wildlife. Then continue by boat to Atalaya, where we camp in our camp.

Day 5: Boca Manu - Cusco Return.

In this last day we return to the port of Atalaya where our transport awaits us where we will return to Cusco. Arriving at night.
